No matter what you do in life. It should always be fun and creative. Making and teaching children about better for you can feel fun and it’s important to build that into the foundation so they know and have the proper (tools / foods ) that tastes great ( hence creative and fun cooking classes) always teach Better Than and you will have Success. How can you identify the most important trends for forecasting?
I look for Tremors everyday around the world. These Tremors can come from across categories. You have to know and understand how to merge these tremors and turn them into Food & Beverage wins. When you’re innovating, you can’t always hide behind data to launch a new product. I use Data as hindsight and the sense to (Eat the Streets) for foresight.
