Chris pushes people to do more, be better and to excel. He walks his talk. The only people I knew of who struggled with Chris were ones who didn't do their jobs, and Chris called them on it. I've been on the receiving end of difficult questions from Chris, but there never was nefarious intent or malice at all, it has always been about the mission. So when I heard Chris was selected to be the GM for a facility it didn't surprise me. Chris will get the best out of his team and push them to be better. He will be missed. If you're looking for an executive who will push people to do more and hold people accountable, he's your leader. I wish him every success.”
