“During my interview with Chris he spoke about Servant Leadership. The concept was new to me and it seemed strange to think of my superior 'serving' me. Over the next 2 years Chris showed me what it meant by treating me as someone working beside him, not under him. He was always asking me 'what can I do for you?' or 'what can I take off your plate right now?' He would regularly find time between meetings or before jumping into a project to ask 'How are you doing Shaun?' And it was always sincere. Chris not only served me and my colleagues this way but our customers as well. Anyone who has worked alongside Chris or been his customer know he is genuinely invested in long-term, mutual success and happiness. Any organization would be lucky to have Chris join its leadership.”
