Cliff Dickman assumed the duties of G1 (Personnel Director) for the Army Test and Evaluation Command on 27 July 2015 and retired as a Federal Civilian employee, from this position, on 31 May 2019.
Previously, served as the Deputy N1 (Personnel) for the Naval Supply Systems Command on 15 Dec 2013, later becoming the Director, N1 (Personnel) in September 2014. Prior to working for the Navy, Cliff was the Deputy Director of the Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) supporting the US Army. Previously, Cliff supported the Army CIO/G6 as a Strategic Analyst for the Capital Planning and Investment Management of the Army's IT systems and programs. Additionally, he was the Vice President for Human Resources for Enherent Corporation, an IT Services and Staffing Company headquartered in Hartford, CT. Cliff also enjoyed a career in the US Army as an Infantry Officer, with additional specialties serving as a Plans/ Operations Officer and Personnel Officer. Throughout his career he served in multiple command and staff positions at the US Army War College, Allied Forces Northwest Headquarters in NATO, US Army Personnel Command (PERSCOM), 4th Infantry Division, HQDA Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, the Joint Tactical Command, Control and Communications Agency, VII Corps Headquarters and 8th Infantry Division.
Cliff holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University, a Masters in Public Administration from Florida State University and a diploma in National Security and Strategy from the US Army War College in Carlisle, PA. While on active duty he attended the Infantry Officer Basic and Advance Courses, the Combined Arms Staff and Services School, the Command and General Staff College, the Armed Forces Staff College, the Army War College and is Airborne and Ranger qualified.
