In the age of dark social its become ever increasingly difficult to get our arms wrapped fully around the customer journey. You've got to take the time to test. Look at your cohorted data and talk to your customers to see what drove them there. Make sure to activate those feedback loops. There is precious knowledge there waiting to be understood. Share that deep and wide.

One Voice. Everything that you put out into the world as a company should be cast from a singular voice that speaks deeply to your customers. One Voice. That resonates with each persona, that lets parents get more time back with their kids, that takes them away from hours of mundane tasks. One Voice. That promises a better tomorrow.

One of the biggest issues I run into in the #RevOps world is fixing broken GTM processes. Its not that the processes themselves are bad, but rather that they are not curated to the bespoke nature of their Customer's Journey, let alone their market segment. Take the time to truly understand what that end-to-end journey looks like. Once you've memorialized that, then mold your processes to it, and only then do you build up your technology to aide you in taking that to scale.

Technology adoption: RevOps encourages the utilization of advanced tools and technologies to automate tasks, gain insights, and improve efficiency across the organization. You have to figure out what works for you and how to best implement given the ever-changing needs of the business. You don't have to have all the tools right away. Try it manually first, then automate what makes sense once you've looked at the data.

First, it's critical to understand that any undertaking will carry with it risk, change management, and opportunity cost. Second, it's vital to resist the urge to tackle everything simultaneously. Instead, take stock of what needs to be achieved and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact. Attention should be given to activities that address immediate requirements, but it's equally important to consider the long-term implications on the organization's future needs. By avoiding these pitfalls, you can increase the likelihood of a successful implementation that drives your organization's growth and profitability.

LI Has opened the doors to so many micro-communities. Pre-Pandemic, I would go to the places my customers looked to get their questions answered, ie conferences and networking events. In a Post-Covid world, that's happening in a virtual setting. (IRL is making a strong comeback and I love it) Go to the places your industry, your peers, your friends go to get help. Spend time there. Be intentional. Be Kind. Be Helpful. Watch how a world of possibilities opens up before you.
