Harnessing the ‘short-term’ for network-enabled S&OP execution

Many businesses that have invested in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) have hit a curious issue: they continue to have out of stocks, over stocks or expedites.
Furthermore, they report chasing short-term execution issues even though long-term planning is firing on all cylinders. There is a clear disconnect between their immediate needs and goals, even when focusing on just the next 30 days.

Provide project management and subject matter expertise to facilitate development of the 2015 Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Master Plan.
• Project mission is to "utilize an innovative and collaborative approach, aligned with Integrated Command Strategy, to provide mission-focused, executable facility and infrastructure solutions and long-term initiatives."
• NSWC Crane encompasses 100 square miles, sixty-five thousand acres and over 3K employees/contractors along with the…Provide project management and subject matter expertise to facilitate development of the 2015 Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Master Plan.
• Project mission is to "utilize an innovative and collaborative approach, aligned with Integrated Command Strategy, to provide mission-focused, executable facility and infrastructure solutions and long-term initiatives."
• NSWC Crane encompasses 100 square miles, sixty-five thousand acres and over 3K employees/contractors along with the buildings and grounds they inhabit. This project will create a forward looking facilities master plan that engages all stakeholders to ensure adequate facilities resources beyond the 5 to 10 year horizon.
• My role incorporates all aspects of project management and facilitation, including development of mission statement and objectives, risk identification, work break down structures, schedules and cross-function facility requirements workshops.
