My contribution was focused on driving successful patient recruitment & enrollment within a highly complex protocol against the backdrop of several competitive treatments and multiple conflicting narratives. Lasting 2+ years, the study was a double-blind, randomized, controlled trial sponsored by Johns Hopkins University and funded by the US Department of Defense (DoD) that investigated the use of convalescent plasma as a treatment option to mitigate and/or prevent the progression of COVID-19.
