How can you use your brand voice to create authenticity and transparency in content strategy?
Talk to your customers! If you've been creating content for a while, it can be easy to fall into a trap of consistently posting what's worked for your brand and audience in the past. Remember that your brand and customer preferences are constantly evolving, so what was true yesterday might not work tomorrow. Keep your brand voice fresh by staying close to your customers - hold interviews to listen to their challenges and topics of interest. Look into the content they're posting and what they choose to share.
