Because cultural intelligence is expected in our global, diverse environment and now by ICF, my mentees discover how to unlock their and their clients’ full potential and prosperity while differentiating themselves in the marketplace with leading edge CQ, which was not part of most coach’s original training.

I support coaches, leaders and teams to move from the uncertainty of our rapidly changing, culturally complex world to the clarity, focus, confidence and innovation needed to unlock potential so all can live in prosperity and peace (my vision). My culturally intelligent approach leads to increased impact more quickly, with clients who “feel completely heard and understood, resulting in more confidently achieving goals and vision;” cited in “The Question that Changes Everything” Forbes. With my big picture, systemic approach, my centered listening and honest, compassionate truth telling, trust and fresh perspectives are quickly generated.

I deliver my own Culturally Intelligent Coaching™ programs for coaches, leaders and teams in over 40 countries, since 1998, including the United Nations. I authored Breaking Free from Bias, four book chapters and has delivered more than 50 programs and interviews globally.
