Do you find yourself on the thin line of wanting to be direct without crossing the line into being too directive where you may lose clients, customers, direct reports (and fail your coaching exam)?

As a globally experienced Executive Coach, Leadership Coach, Coach Trainer and Mentor Coach, I see other coaches and the leaders I work with struggling to find this balance.

In my 7 session virtual course (One hour overview presentation available) you will discover how to:

Deal with Ambiguity (Constant in our VUCA world! Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous)
use Intuition: That rapid, 2 second decision making provides a competitive edge and can even be life- and business- saving, as Malcolm Gladwell wrote in Blink.
Recognize Cultural Differences: so you are “just right” on the “Directometer”
Expand (and shift) Perspectives by Using “You are” statements: speaking from your heart to the heart of the matter
deliver Clear, “Compassionate Edge” Feedback: speaking from your heart to the heart of the matter
Transform through Metaphors: learn this successful “backdoor to the brain” (bypassing resistance) methodology!
    All without “crossing the line!”

My coaching clients and mentees appreciate my “peaceful presence, creating a safe space to explore” and “great belief in each member’s capability as coaches, this is encouraging;” resulting in increased confidence while advancing their coaching as well as ICF Credential; even attaining MCC after being told by a previous mentor that they could not.

Because cultural intelligence is expected in our global, diverse environment and now by ICF, my mentees discover how to unlock their and their clients’ full potential and prosperity while differentiating themselves in the marketplace with leading edge CQ, which was not part of most coach’s original training.

I support coaches, leaders and teams to move from the uncertainty of our rapidly changing, culturally complex world to the clarity, focus, confidence and innovation needed to unlock potential so all can live in prosperity and peace (my vision). My culturally intelligent approach leads to increased impact more quickly, with clients who “feel completely heard and understood, resulting in more confidently achieving goals and vision;” cited in “The Question that Changes Everything” Forbes. With my big picture, systemic approach, my centered listening and honest, compassionate truth telling, trust and fresh perspectives are quickly generated.

I deliver my own Culturally Intelligent Coaching™ programs for coaches, leaders and teams in over 40 countries, since 1998, including the United Nations. I authored Breaking Free from Bias, four book chapters and has delivered more than 50 programs and interviews globally. I am an award winning, pioneering advocate for coaching diversity and inclusion as well as integrating coaching and cultural competencies, recognized with the ICF Circle of Distinction Award, having served on the ICF Global Board of Directors for six years and the ICF Advance Cultural Competencies Advisory Team as well as the Association of Coach Training Organizations Board.
