As a Finance Dept. we went to a Chicago School and painted classrooms, built benches and cubbies and completed landscaping for improvement to the school. I was co-chair for coordinating the event with Chicago Cares and the Discover teams.

    Completed 3 LEAN Sprints for 3 departments. Problem statement was that it took too long to find files and documents and re-work was required. Reduces re-work 100% by leveraging LEAN tools and team activities including the 5 S's, Fishbone, 5 Why's and brainstorming.
