Once you understand the challenge that a prospect is trying to solve, you can start building content about how your product or service can solve such a problem (do not call out the prospect or the product you are selling). We are now leveraging social media and other channels at scale to understand where our customers are in the sales cycle and what challenges they are trying to solve. The second part is important because once you have the problem they are trying to solve, you can create targeted messaging on a social media platform (or where the prospect spends time). This is a long game so do not go in for the "ask" here - once you understand where they are in the cycle and the challenge they are trying to solve you can start the engagement.
