Great Minds, Greater Impact Plenary Session
In 2016, in an effort to make ABET's Annual Symposium more dynamic and relevant, we invited the academics who brought international attention to the Flint Water Crisis (Marc Edwards) and the Volkswagen Emissions Scandal (Arvind Thiruvengadam) to discuss the impact of those events and what they mean to the topic of ethics in technical education.

In 2021, SNA began the process of redesigning the association website as the organization was shifting to a “digital first” content strategy. SNA was also strategically investing in increased content production of articles, resources and tools for our members who were dealing with the pandemic, supply chain crises, staffing shortages and the expiration of federal meal waivers.

The strategy focuses on prioritizing the members’ content needs and their user journey so they can quickly find and use SNA’s content.
