Worked with a team that included system admins, developers, and project managers to complete the upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013. Through detailed steps and several test upgrades we developed a upgrade process that allowed us to complete the upgrade in under 8 hours. With minimal downtime for the users the site was available for production use before the Monday morning deadline.
