Darren was responsible for developing a portfolio of multifamily housing projects, while providing construction-related technical review and advice to internal development staff regarding construction plans, civil engineering, construction costs, and permitting issues. He also advised the Executive Director on potential real estate acquisitions, performing informal physical needs assessments and financial feasibility analyses. His knowledge and expertise in construction pricing and management was extremely valuable, and allowed Cooperative Resource Center to ensure the best housing was produced at the most reasonable price. Darren is extremely organized, hard-working, and has excellent communication skills. Without hesitation I would recommend Darren to any organization that would require his skills and experience.”
