I created brand, marketing, and communications work to support the Hillman City Collaboratory. The Collaboratory was a non-profit, cooperative multi-purpose space shared by grassroots organizations and individuals who cared about social change, creative expression, and community-building. The "Collab" as it was lovingly referred to by community and in the neighborhood was housed on the first floor of a beautiful and historic brick building in the heart of the Hillman City neighborhood in Seattle's Rainier Valley. Our mission was to become an instrument of transformation that provided space and programs specifically designed to create community and equip change-makers. Due to financial considerations forced during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Hillman City Collaboratory ceased operations indefinitely in 2021.
