How can you use networking to build relationships with customers who have already purchased from you?
While in meetings with clients or perspective clients, I ask them what I can do to help them (besides the sale)? They might say something like I need a new accountant, an attorney or a plumber. Many times, I know of someone who does what they might be looking for. Being able to connect people with what their needs are today will go a long way to having them remember you when they are ready to purchase your product!

What is the best way to manage information collected at a Trade Show?
Here are my thoughts.... 1)If you are new to the market a trade show can be great exposure. 2) It always seems to help drive people to your booth either by having a great giveaway or a trade show only sale. 3) I often find it better not to have a booth but to visit the other vendors at the show. This way you can check out the competition and talk to the people you really want to talk to. 4) If you are collecting business cards or gathering people's information, make sure you make a note on the business card or take notes, so you know which people are really interested and to follow up with first!

How can you help less experienced colleagues in Internal Communications succeed?
One thing to keep in mind when dealing with less experienced colleagues is their experiences might be different from your experiences. I heard of one person this week who showed up to a professional job interview in a t-shirt. My thought is to grant them the interview to give them practice and then let them know next time they need to dress according to the job they are applying for.
