How can you tailor institutional sales training to meet industry needs?
First, could you throw out the old playbooks because those days are long gone? It's great to have an innovative product, but providers need things to be simplified. Your training needs to be focused on how/why working with you/your product leads to a positive experience. A lot goes into producing that type of results, but it must be the foundation before piecing together any sales/product training.
