The Texas State University Development Foundation Leadership Council supports and furthers the mission of Texas State University through service, fundraising, and engagement. In 2017, the Development Foundation Board of Trustees approved a strategic plan to support the university in achieving a $400 million endowment toward its path to the National Research University fund. Members of the Leadership Council act as advisors and volunteers to assist in achieving this goal.
