How can you make your agile teams more customer-centric?
I completely agree with this perspective & in my experience leading multiple enterprise agile teams, the biggest benefit to Agile ways of working, Agile transformation & Agile development & delivery is the collaborative-working aspect. Not just in the immediate team, yet in how we include stakeholders, customers & decision makers. Building together requires holistic teaming & creates a one team atmosphere. When people feel included it creates more value & vested interest from all involved. I can’t tell you how many times the term “Agile Team” created exclusion for many connected to the agile work yet not on the agile team. We voted for a term that was more inclusive, & called it the greater Agile team creating more customer centricity.
