    The Restoration Project reports Part I and Part II provide tactical tools to reverse the degradation of environmental protection and lands and water stewardship, restart fundamental environmental policy, workforce, science, and public engagement programs, and restore the federal commitment to environmental protection and lands and water stewardship.
