“I have been practicing yoga under Denise's guidance for the past 3 years. It's truly a blessing to start my Saturday morning with her every week. Her yoga classes have changed my life, her time and dedication to these classes are impeccable and I plan my weekend around it. Her voice truly talks to my soul and for the 60 minutes I'm guided by her voice, I can disconnect my thoughts and focus inwardly. The classes progress from proper breathing, to poses and yoga nidra/shavasana, each one targeted to your comfort level and pace. With continuous practice I've gotten so much better at just sitting still and moving with deliberate grace. The class has become an essential part of my physical and mental healthy lifestyle.
