Collaborated with the Chief Executive Officer, Board, and leadership team to build a new 3-year Strategic Plan. This effort included refining organizational goals, brainstorming and defining strategic initiatives and implementation plans, and defining key performance indicators.

Assembled a team of subject matter experts and key stakeholders to select a solution (Paramount Workplace) for purchasing approval routing and integration to Sage Intacct ERP system. Served as executive sponsor and champion to obtain project funding, assign project manager, and remove barriers to success. Oversaw project progress, including training, configuration, and change management.

I came up with the concept of creating a conference to bring together men from several walks of life to advocate growth in the areas of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, mental health, fatherhood & marriage, and civic engagement.
