  • HBC Application Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

    Led one of three teams that executed a knowledge transfer documentation project, developing comprehensive application surveys to assess the current state of existing application documentation for each of the retained applications, and application summaries to provide knowledge transfer to HBC employees.

    The team reviewed and tracked 363 applications lines which were consolidated and reconciled down to 92 applications in four months.
