    • Devon Underwood is the person who initially discovered this system, completed the due diligence and pushed us to move forward with it. She and the Talent Acquisition team drove the implementation process from start to successful roll out nationally.

    This was a game changer for our nearly 200 stores in making us paperless and more efficient in hiring and on boarding new employees and supporting more strategic candidate outreach, vetting and hiring selection.
