“Dana is a joy to work with. She is able to inject great enthusiasm in projects and to drive projects to completion with great resolve. Dana is able to utilize modern advances in technology such as GWT and Google docs to correctly architect and implement complex unique solutions. Dana was able to design and build the premier application for experimental design at Genentech, integrating disparate data sources and making the architecture open enough to allow cross-application integration with other applications at Genentech. Dana is a very capable communicator, able to influence management at multiple levels. She managed the user relationship very aptly, and was able to delight the demanding scientific users with the applications she engineered. Dana is also a great project and people manager. She is able to organize projects effectively, can communicate technical requirements and design concisely and can allocate tasks with great efficiency.”
