    Magical Wishes for Kids raises funds in the Central Indiana area to support the programs at the Magical Wishes for Kids Village, an Orlando area facility dedicated to supporting families on Make A Wish foundation trips. Activities throughout the year culminate in a late-summer event, the Indy Disney Meet, that uses themes related to Disney characters and vacation properties to raise funds for this endeavour. Annual donations have reached over $40,000, and the marquee event, the Indy Disney…

    Magical Wishes for Kids raises funds in the Central Indiana area to support the programs at the Magical Wishes for Kids Village, an Orlando area facility dedicated to supporting families on Make A Wish foundation trips.     I serve as a mentor to a new participant in the Habitat For Humanity program in the Indianapolis area.
    As a Habitat Mentor I help guide a prospective home buyer through the requirements of the Habitat program. I offer personal guidance, support, and train alongside them during the process.

    Our family volunteers with the Indiana Canine Assistant Network (ICAN), helping train assistant dogs. Currently we support the program in the early stage training, which includes acclimating dogs to early training procedures.

    We are also training to assist with the program through the furlough stage. In this role we we host dogs in the late training stage prior to posting with a client.
