“Dan was my direct reporting manager in the Data Driven Enterprise - Modern Data Experience team at Valorem Reply. It was very much a pleasure working for (and with) Dan on projects and to have him as an outstanding manager. His leadership style was very much appreciated, as he wanted to ensure that I was excelling and happy as an employee. Dan's open-door policy and continuous feedback was one of the things I appreciated. There was trust and respect in our relationship. He was VERY present manager who was always on stage to be there for me when I needed support, guidance, leverage or just to talk through new technology. Dan is the type of leader who would go to bat for his employees. We talked quite often and had weekly scheduled syncs so we would always have time on the calendar. He understood the important of work-life balance and was always concerned if I needed anything from him, etc. Dan is a very successful consultant and leader, with years of experience in the Digital Transformation wheelhouse, able to develop and lead engagements end to end. Dan's knowledge was is tremendous, spanning Microsoft Azure Data Platform and Microsoft Power Platform. Very connected to the Power BI Community, Dan has led a multitude of Power BI training sessions (too many to count) and is very active in his local Memphis, TN community. I am proud to say I worked for Dan at Valorem. He is certainly an asset to any organization who is looking to be on the cutting edge of digital transformation. ”
