Partnering with Eagle Condor, an humanitarian organization, I worked with students of the Saminay El-Legado school to assist in the construction of various projects on the school grounds including the building of an irrigation reservoir and repairing housing around the school. The majority of my time was dedicated to the construction of a cheese factory that provided not only food but necessary economic resources for job and currency creation for surrounding families and farmers. I still contribute necessary funds for the school while no longer physically being present to help out.
