Successfully completed the prestigious BSI Lead Auditor Course, and later, with the requisite quality management systems (QMS) auditing experience, Dr. Chua became a Registered Lead Assessor with the Institute of Quality Assurance (UK) from 1992 to 1994. The IQA is now the Chartered Quality Institute (UK).
