We are in the midst of working with ODC in the preparation of a sustainability report for a leading International NGO in Nepal. This report will address the organisations intentions of becoming financially and operationally independent form their donors.

This project is about developing a Fundraising Plan for the purpose of raising income to organise the conference to be held in July 2016.

We were involved in the general preparation of the organisation to be set up in a country in the South East Asian region with special consideration for the kind of organisation it should be.

Our responsibilities include providing training to the participants from the nonprofit sector on how to do fundraising and how to manage their human resources.

Our role is to provide support in terms of strategic and management support in the development and implementation of the CORUM Campaign which is to be held in Marcy 2015.

My responsibilities included facilitation which meant ensuring the issues and challenges from the participants was identified. In addition was the objective to provide tools to the participants on how to innovate and how to take part in the UReka Challenge.
