“Elissa isn't just one of the best managers I've worked for but also a mentor and a great friend. She took over her division at a time of great chaos and helped turn things around. She set a new strategic direction, took many measures to revamp arcane engineering/product processes and personally brought in industry leading hires (something which was not easy given Yahoo's churn). Best of all, she helped improve group morale significantly. Again, no easy task given the challenges at Yahoo. I would work for her again in a heartbeat.”
