    Led an off-shore development team of 15 in the delivery of a complete redesign of the Cross Country Education website written in Java including enhancements to the in-house built content management tool, addition of faceted search, integrated courses and simplified shopping cart. The project was a SCRUM pilot for the development team and they continue to use SCRUM for all website development projects.

    The redesigned website generated almost $4M in revenue the first 4 months and a 30% increase in revenue year over year. The website continued to consistently produced more revenue than it did prior to the rewrite.
