Constructive criticism is an amazing way to be able to self reflect - it’s best to ask people for feedback too and show you are open to what could be done ✅ differently or better. Being able to process and think about what people tell you about your role and work output is so important for professional and personal growth. Being a willing listener might be more important though - recognizing there is always room to grow and do Better will help anyone in a job in market research 🔬 or anywhere really

Big disadvantage is the data is completely wrong 😑 this is the problem with ai data / it pulls from in-credible sources and also seems to make things up. B

the best way to understand people is to really listen to them, and not respond. let them talk more and just listen! "active" listening is a challenge - I am a super active thinker and also process information quickly - too quickly sometimes. I get ahead of myself and whoever I am (not) listening to. This has taken me a long time to figure out and has been determinantal in many, many instances in my 26 year career working with people. so figuring out the best way to be a good listener is my best advice and think will have the greatest impact on any relationship personal or professionally. and in a career, this applies to the client side, the colleagues, the team, the staff.

self awareness is key! so take the tests and then think about it! ive taken dozens and dozens of different tests on personality, strengths, iq, eq, etc and they all pretty much say the same thing. its kind of amazing really how they can be very effective and helpful in bringing awareness. also everyone has a good and bad part of themselves- strengths and weakness. i think in life and business its best to focus on strengths. another great piece of advice is not talk. and listen. even when there is uncomfortable silence, just let it be like that. its very hard and challenging to do.
