    Facilitating inter-agency cooperation and approvals among NYC Department of Buildings, Small Business Services, Landmarks Preservation Committee, NYC Department of Transportation, Transit Authority, and various others.

    New 14 story graduate building at 104 Haven for CUMC. CUSON is located at 1150 St. Nicholas Avenue and is an enlargement to the existing Russ Berrie building.

    111 8th Avenue is Google's new NYC Headquarters. Currently undergoing major renovations of existing office floors, major infrastructure upgrades to support newly densified office and assembly spaces. Also working with Google in their other locations in Chelsea Market (75 Ninth Avenue), 85 Tenth Avenue, and Pier 57.

    Responsible for Account Management, Agency Approvals and Sign-Offs for all construction related projects on the AIG Account. Locations include 180 Maiden Lane, 175 Water Street, 80 Pine Street, 1 New York Plaza and 32 Old Slip in NYC.
