Activities and Societies: Kappa Delta Sorority, Relay for Life, Agricultural and Environmental Economics Club
I have a minor in Spanish. I utilized this minor during my study abroad in the summer of 2015 in Seville, Spain with other fellow students. This was a six week program where we earned six Spanish credit hours while experiencing cultures around Europe.
I volunteered with relay for Life during the years 2012 and 2013 raising money for my committee and breast cancer awareness. With Kappa Delta Sorority, I have been an active member all four years at UGA and held an appointed officer…I have a minor in Spanish. I volunteered with relay for Life during the years 2012 and 2013 raising money for my committee and breast cancer awareness. With Kappa Delta Sorority, I have been an active member all four years at UGA and held an appointed officer position as sisterhood chair. This entailed planning and executing multiple hands-on activities such as workout classes, painting activities, game nights and movie nights for over 200 women within the Athens community. I communicated with businesses and personnel in the community all while managing a $1,800 budget each semester. In the Agricultural and Environmental Economics Club I was elected the Food Industry Vice President position to represent the organization around campus. -
