Serving as a Technical Advisor to Afrigrants resources and the Bayelsa state government in Nigeria to establish Business Incubation facilities to assist in building a culture of entrepreneurship and addressing the high level of poverty and unemployment in the State.

Created an inner city youth football league with over 500 5th and 6th graders. The league was started to give inner city kids an opportunity to play organized football in safe environment. The league also uses football as a tool to mentor and emphasize the importance of education to inner city youth.

Character and Leadership development program designed to celebrate the achievements of student athletes that exhibit the school district core values of Resoect, Scholarship, Excellence and Courage. The chosen student athletes are also required to participate in service learning projects within their communities.

Partnered with Flanner Buchanan to create a program that recognized the achievements of student athletes with player of the week trophies, scholar of the year awards, awards for coaches and an annual winter and spring banquet attended by 0ver 350 students athletes, parents and members of the community.

Urban at risk youth development program.

Program created to emphasize the importance of reading to inner city students. Student athletes from the high school were encouraged to visit local elementary schools and read to elementary students.

Annual spring Historical Black College Tour. Designed to expose urban youth to college environment. Over 300 youth were exposed to the college environment in 7 years.

Program helped place students that have fallen 2-3 grades behind their grade levels in career and vocational programs. These students are considered high risk. We were able to get the students to understand the importance of career planning and completing the vocational program.

Worked with USA FOOTBALL and the Super Bowl Committee to donate over $170,000 of youth football equipment to the newly formed Inner City Indianapolis Youth Football League.
