1.Manual transmission is better for MPG by a factor of 1.8 compared to automatic transmission.
2. Means and medians for automatic and manual transmission cars are significantly different.

We built our application, Pebilepsy, for members of Eric’s family who both have struggled with epilepsy their entire lives. Eric and his family looked for ways to prevent further incidents. When they sought specialists and used medications, the family members quickly found that they were still having micro-epileptic episodes, informally called "shakes".

When they sought specialists and used medications, the family members quickly found that they were still having micro-epileptic episodes, informally called "shakes".

Pebilepsy is a Pebble application that syncs with mobile and web platforms. A user activates the application before going to bed. Nocturnal seizures are most prevalent during light sleep, soon after going to bed and waking up. The majority of these seizures are tonic-clonic. After use, data is instantly uploaded to the web and mobile platforms, recording the number of seizure like incidents and the severity of the attack. Show less

Creation of a customized financial dashboard for executive use. Feeding off several other statements on a cloud platform, the sheet will have real time financial information with specific accounts to portray: actual and budgeted differences, company financial runway as well as the affect of large purchases and acquisitions to financial position.

A project created in the Geography 2153B: Environment, Economy and Society, Winter 2013, prepared for instructor Tor H Oiamo. The course aimed to examine "Environment, Economy and Society to constitute the three pillars of sustainability, therefore sustainable development can be viewed as development that seeks to balance environmental, economic, and social outcomes" . The project required groups complete a proposal that will address a sustainable development challenge in London.The proposals will be presented as academic posters in a ‘mini-conference’ during lecture hours towards end of term.

TransportU is a mobile and web based application that provides a platform where users are able to provide and request a ride. Incorporating concepts, such as gamification and a eCommerce profit motive structure, TransportU differentiated itself from all other competitors. Transport U was presented to two representatives from London's local government specialization in environmental efforts.Out of the 21 groups in the competition, TransportU was chosen as the top proposal. Praised on it's focus on feasibility, organization and value proposition, the venture was strongly encouraged to become a reality in the London area and beyond. Show less

Team member of Ivey feasibility project semi finalist. Covers4Change, C4C, was designed as an NPO laptop cover initiative raising funds for Holland Bloorview Hospital, Epilepsy Ontario and Ronald McDonald House. I was in charge of manufacturing, operations, charity relations and legal.

The final component to the 4th yr ecommerce capstone. Once market research was conducted, and our startup business proposal composed, we concluded with a 10 minute pitch. We had to convey the market opportunity as well as the feasibility of the solution we we're providing.
