Erin Thomas

As a member of the Economic Justice Giving Project, I raised funds and made grants to nonprofit organizations working to alleviate economic inequity in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.

I supported the coordination and implementation of their inaugural fundraising auction and gala.

I supported work projects across villages in Sri Lanka, which included supporting the development of preschools and micro community banks.

I founded an internship program for the preservation of Amazonian River Dolphins (Inia geoffrensis). I developed a scope of work, methods for data collection, and reporting processes to support a sustainable internship program.

I created an education program for young adults in environmental conservation and sustainability, including four different curriculums focused on different topics and competencies. I also developed and implemented evaluation protocols for continuous improvement and impact assessment.

I participated in a strategic planning committee to develop the county’s seven-year strategic plan.
