How do you diversify your recruitment channels and sources to avoid over-reliance on expensive job boards?
Well this is a tough question. I would ask a question back: what is expensive and why do you consider them expensive? I have tested virtually all platforms for candidate acquisition over the past 20 or so years, and they are still the best bang for the buck - to me its a bit like asking what are alternatives to amazon for ordering that rain coat I want? That said - I have seen Facebook deliver very strong results, although today I'd be leaning more towards instagram - and getting creative with your posts. The challenge on social is that you have to be organic and genuine in posts - so staged video, or AI generated content aren't going to work. Last comment here - test, test, test. Try everything you can to find the perfect mix. Good luck!
