We Are They ESO is an online community and a platform for hobby oriented activities internationally. I currently employ, lead, and share responsibilities with a direct leadership team of 5 people who volunteer their time to the organization. There are roughly 30 to 40 leaders under my purview with all of them volunteer. We Are They has anywhere from 400 to 500 members at any one given time, with members literally online 24/7. Keen introspective policies and procedures keep our business running smoothly and effectively and has made us one of the top community organizations out of a larger collective group ranging in the millions of users.

This experience has taught me the value of cross cultural, international communication. I have gained strong leadership skills that have enabled me to positively influence people despite having no influence over someone's monetary compensation. I have learned that putting the right people in place is key to successfully running an organization. This experience has sharpened my sense of discernment in selecting quality and trust worthy people to put into leadership positions. I am now better equipped in ways to prepare others to be leaders by identifying their strengths and giving support in areas of opportunities. I feel that this position has prepared me for future management roles. Show less

I was a student at GMTMAA for roughly 4 years. During this time I earned my Black Belt and become an Instructor. Learning the Hapkido martial art style taught me discipline, dedication as well as improving my self-confident and increasing my health.

Awana is an organization that's main goal is to help teach children the fundamentals of Jesus and his ministry. My role at Awana is helping young boys learn and recite their Bible verses. This happens every Wednesday night, and Awana lasts for about 2 hours from 7-9pm.

"Reading for Success" is a church sponsored tutoring and mentor-ship program that partners with local elementary schools to help young children develop their reading skills.

I currently lead a Men's Bible study that takes us through "The Story" which is the Novel form of the Bible.

I mentored 9-12th grade Students. On Wednesday night meetings I helped run game time and Bible lessons for the youth.
