    Neubasel is a non-profit organization based in my hometown of Basel with the aim to re-purpose neglected spaces to provide venues for social activities that break down barriers in traditional Swiss society.

    Initiatives included the conversion of former industrial wasteland near the port of Basel into public space with open-air restaurants, bars, and event venues. I led negotiations with the government and the port authority to obtain the required permits.
