Powered by Xealth this project aims to create an engaging digital front door for our patients. Focused on piloting automation education through Krames and custom content. As well as putting our digital assets easily at the patients fingertips. Very fun and exciting project for our staff and patients futures.

Also, a primary focus on validating all aldrete scores in each area populated the flowsheets. They built a report to show all aldrete scores on a patients through the stay no matter the location to make it easy to handoff and continue care.
