“Mr. Baker oversaw the DCKIDS program when I was a postdoctoral fellow, and we interacted when I was conducting a research project for the LEND program. He demonstrated great kowledge of the population and of the barriers to healthcare that children in foster care encounter. He exhibited professionalism and experience in dealing with these barriers and in implementing strategies to address these barriers within a medical setting.”
