Here's how you can navigate receiving feedback you disagree with from a colleague.
When you receive feedback, especially if it's critical, avoid being defensive. Your aim should be to listen and understand rather than to immediately react or defend yourself. If a colleague begins with negative feedback, inquire about any positive aspects they noticed. Conversely, if the feedback is positive, seek areas where you can still improve. Embracing both positive and negative feedback provides a comprehensive perspective.

Here's how you can use failure to strengthen client relationships.
First of all, you need to change your mindset. Successful people don’t have “failures”, they have major/minor setbacks. You can always comeback from a setback. No matter how hard you try, you can’t have contingencies for every possible path. It would be to costly (resources) to do so. Therefore, it’s the experience from setbacks that help you better predict which is the path of least resistance.
