Developed a rails 4.1.7 web application called FixStop for a databases class. FixStop is a computer repair store appointment / repair database with 15 functional user requirements and specific SQL queries that satisfied our project criteria, including triggers, stored procedures, and transactions. Graduate honors class conducting a NASA research project within a small team; Study optimal partitions of galaxy data; Analyze and build code to analyze optimal or near-optimal partitions into connected components using several sets of astronomical data; Use MATLAB to run and build algorithms to find significance in large sets of data; Present research and write formal report to demonstrate findings (Written report: http://bit.ly/1zYxDqF)

Designed, built and implemented a Rails 4.1.0 web application that uses a combination of Google, YouTube, SendGrid, and FilePicker API's to allow coach to student video conferencing and live recording. Hosted at Heroku. During this project I had to wear multiple hats, from designer to engineer to devOps.

APICon Hackathon project built using Ruby on Rails, Bootstrap, and Nexmo's API. Employed innovative design processes, rapid prototyping, and a VPS web server implementation using Nginx to create a system for proxied SMS messages enabling anonymous communication through telephony networks. In addition to building the prototype, we also had to include and execute multiple business pitch presentations.

Our team placed 4th out of 14 teams.

- Comparison analysis of two Krylov subspace iterative methods for non-symmetric systems, Quasi-minimal residual (QMR) and conjugate gradient squared (CGS).
- Used MATLAB to test and compare QMR and CGS on large sparse matrices with varying properties from the University of Florida matrix collection.
