Recorded during World Workplace 2014, with the permission of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Shop Talk Evolution founding host Grace Daly provided an opportunity for panelist to discuss the similarities and varying challenges within the three niche industry. We used this time to present our perspectives, and address questions, on how each industry has evolved and how that directly impacts the facility manager’s role.

Second, Grace and I were joined by Anthony Pizzitola, someone I’ve admired from afar and got the opportunity to actually meet for the first time as well. Last, but not least, our interview was held at the International Facility Management Association’s World Workplace 2013, which continues to earn the reputation as the largest, most longstanding and well-respected annual conference and exposition for facility management and related professions.

It was an absolute blast spending about an hour in passionate discussion with two great advocate and ambassadors of the FM profession.
