I was fortunate enough to work with Grace for many years and her tenacity, ingenuity and resourcefulness were key to OCHO Candy successfully building two manufacturing facilities and production teams in West Oakland despite numerous challenges. Grace always puts the interests of the company first and has no difficulty providing direct communication about key initiatives even if that information is unpopular. Super flexible and talented, there aren't any jobs she can't handle. Grace built complicated financial forecasts, oversaw complex manufacturing operations and ran sales channels for OCHO Candy during her tenure. She also streamlined the HR system, selected and managed the Company ERP system and was the in-house tech resource. Her final masterpiece was coordinating the relocation of the production facility overseas during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her project management skills are second to none and she was the only reason OCHO was able to move its equipment on-time and under budget in a crazy shipping environment. If you are looking for a dynamic leader who will positively impact your company from day one and improve from there, you will find no-one better than Grace.
