NACD Nashville serves the local director community, providing exemplary director programming and opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and interaction. I am serving on the Programming committee.

Our focus is helping all young people succeed through curriculum-based targeted programs and high yield activities designed to help Club Members reach our priority outcomes: academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character and leadership. Fuqua's Board of Visitors is comprised of decision makers from many of the world's most important organizations, who advise on Fuqua's curriculum, programs, facilities and operations. Known for their active engagement with the school, Board Members provide support on key initiatives and strengthen the school's relationships within the business community.

Created in 2015, the Smithsonian Regional Council program consists of over 200 active donors, advisory board members, and supporters of the Smithsonian’s mission. Located in 10 cities across the nation, Regional Council members strengthen the Smithsonian’s presence regionally, connect volunteers more effectively nationally, and inspire increased support for the institution. Members work to bring the Smithsonian to their communities by hosting programs and supporting fundraising priorities.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles was founded in December 2015 as a scalable and sustainable solution to reversing the opportunity crises facing some of the most vulnerable children in the neediest neighborhoods of Los Angeles. The mission of BGCMLA is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Our mission is fulfilled by offering nationally recognized, research-based programs and activities in three core areas: Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship and Healthy Lifestyles. We believe in empowering youth to explore a future with endless possibilities by offering creative programming, such as new approaches to science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) created in collaboration with our community partners. Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles is safe, stable place that ensures physical and emotional safety while discouraging crime in our local communities. The individual Clubs which presently make up BGCMLA have a deep history of impact in the neediest areas of Los Angeles County. This new collaboration of Clubs and community partners currently includes the following Boys & Girls Clubs: Challengers, since 1968; Watts/Willowbrook, since 1968; Bell Gardens, since 1960; Jordan Downs and Nickerson Gardens were opened in collaboration with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles.
