    Our mission is fulfilled by offering nationally recognized, research-based programs and activities in three core areas: Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship and Healthy Lifestyles. We believe in empowering youth to explore a future with endless possibilities by offering creative programming, such as new approaches to science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) created in collaboration with our community partners. Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles is safe, stable place that ensures physical and emotional safety while discouraging crime in our local communities.     The individual Clubs which presently make up BGCMLA have a deep history of impact in the neediest areas of Los Angeles County. This new collaboration of Clubs and community partners currently includes the following Boys & Girls Clubs: Challengers, since 1968; Watts/Willowbrook, since 1968; Bell Gardens, since 1960; Jordan Downs and Nickerson Gardens were opened in collaboration with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles.

    Harley-Davidson's largest vehicle assembly facility has undergone an incredible physical, cultural, and operating system transformation in the past three years. The York facility currently covers more than 150 acres, with over 600,000 sqft of manufacturing space, producing Touring, Softail, Tri-Glide, and Custom Vehicle Operations motorcycles. Implemented “state of the art” AGC assembly production line, Fabrication: relocated and reconfigured press, weld and polish into a one-piece flow environment, Many new process equipment installations, Upgrading of systems, implementation of automation, EtherNET/IP networks, automated guided vehicles, Roll Test booths, Fast-Plant Assembly stations, facilities infrastructure’s, Gas and Oil delivery systems, VDS…

Nix (LA Lakers Foundation) were celebrated for their significant contributions towards positive youth development for Club kids throughout Los Angeles! With everyone's support, the event reached its fundraising goal of $400,000!

    During the pandemic, Ed’s team from the Fender Play Foundation worked with site directors to create stringed instrument music programs across every Metro LA Club. The teams created safe, fun and engaging music programming, starting with the Watts-Willowbrook Rock Band who performed at the Homecoming Gala.
