    Aligning Strategic Priorities with Financial Resources in Higher Education is a three-week, virtual institute that combines cutting-edge research with practical application.

    The program is highly interactive, enabling you to engage with fellow participants and HGSE faculty as you participate in live sessions, discussion boards, and informal break-out sessions. The institute also includes readings, case studies, and daily reflections. You will have the opportunity to take part in action-planning exercises and a peer-review process that will lead to the development of an action plan for your institution.     Help the students plan and execute service events in a cohort-based service club model that recruits primarily within the Honors Scholars Program. The club was built in January as a project for my service learning course that teaches the social sciences of civic organizations.

    We have served at Open Door Ministries and Kiwanis events. We are currently seeking additional service partners.

    I have served on the planning committee for the CROP Hunger Walk in High Point, NC. The walk proceeds benefit West End Ministries and Church World Service poverty alleviation programs.

    Since 2018, I have served as the Walk Coordinator (chair of the Planning Committee). Church World Service has entered its 51st year of CROP Hunger Walks, and High Point has participated the last 38 years and continually finds itself in the top 75 walks in fundraising in the U.S.

The apps are designed to give your class the interactive benefits of a paper-and-pencil experiment with all of the efficiencies of experiment-running software, and more! Any device can run as the server “instructor” and communicate with other client “student” devices through a common WiFi or router connection, no internet connection required! EconApps…

EconApps (released in 2015) is an iPad-only application, but in addition to a pit market you can also play the group prisoner’s dilemma framed as a public goods game, a cartel game, or even create your own frame with multiple label and parameter settings!

    The EconApps project is made possible by grants from the Charles Koch Foundation and High Point University.
