Aside from collaborating on small projects here and there, we worked together closely and intensely on building a new highly scalable and extensible platform for the vSphere Client. We together wrote the first few components of the platform and then saw through its completion over a 2-3 year period of hard and innovative work. His engineering work stands out as clean, modular and low maintenance. Harish switched to management some while back, and has been very effective and independent from the get-go. His decisions are based on rational analysis and aimed at resource optimization. He's not afraid to take on difficult projects, but also likes to have a risk mitigation plan around for those cases. He is always thinking of the personal and career growth of his people, has an eye for great ideas and is focused on getting the job done!”
